These shoes are in excellent condition for gently-loved heels. They come in original CL box and shoe dust bags. There is no visable wear and tare, however, there are 2 studs missing on the inside area of the left shoe (hardly noticeable).
If you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased through our e-boutique (whether it is brand new or gently loved) you will be entitled to a full refund provided that:
- you contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the relevant item notifying us that you are not 100% satisfied.
- you return the relevant item to Love Me & Leave Me within 3 days of you receiving it. That is, the relevant item must leave your possession within 3 days.
- the security tag attached to the relevant item has not been broken. The security tag is not removable without scissors - it will not damage the item in any way and is easy to remove, but it is not re-attachable.
In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read all products descriptions and view the photos carefully.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Original shipping fee is not refundable.
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on earrings.
Love Me & Leave Me will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to returned items while in transit. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway.
The above policy also applies to items to be returned from outside Australia. Return parcels should be sent using a traceable or otherwise registered method of shipping. The parcel must be endorsed 'return of goods'. LM&LM will not be responsible for any fees incurred through import taxes and duties if the parcel has not been correctly returned.
We deliver anywhere in Australia in between 1 and 3 working days (weather permitting) for a once off flat rate of $24.95, This rate applies to all purchases and rentals.
International Delivery Charges
We currently ship to New Zealand, France, Italy, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Singapore. The applicable rates are as follows:
- New Zealand - $39.95 (allow 7 working days)
- Rest of the World - $59.95 (allow 10 - 15 working days)
Domestic and International Delivery Information
It is important that you provide us with a delivery address where you will be available to sign for your parcel. For verification purposes, the courier may need a signature from the customer or person named in the delivery address. The courier may also need to see valid identification (i.e. driver's licence or passport) and, if applicable, the credit card used for the purchase.
For Australian purchases, if your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, the courier will leave a calling card with re-delivery instructions for you. In most cases, your item will then be delivered to your local post office where it will await collection by you. Love Me & Leave Me requires prompt pick-up of any parcels awaiting collection.
For international deliveries, we will provide a tracking number so that you know where your parcel is at all times.
