Items purchased through the Love Me & Leave Me e-Boutique
Your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased through our e-boutique (whether it is brand new or gently loved) you will be entitled to a full refund provided that:
- you contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the relevant item notifying us that you are not 100% satisfied.
- you return the relevant item to Love Me & Leave Me within 3 days of you receiving it. That is, the relevant item must leave your possession within 3 days.
- the security tag attached to the relevant item has not been broken. The security tag is not removable without scissors - it will not damage the item in any way and is easy to remove, but it is not re-attachable.
In order to avoid unnecessary returns, please read all products descriptions and view the photos carefully.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Original shipping fee is not refundable.
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on earrings.
Love Me & Leave Me will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to returned items while in transit. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in anyway.
The above policy also applies to items to be returned from outside Australia. Return parcels should be sent using a traceable or otherwise registered method of shipping. The parcel must be endorsed 'return of goods'. LM&LM will not be responsible for any fees incurred through import
taxes and duties if the parcel has not been correctly returned.
Items borrowed from Love Me & Leave Me
Love Me & Leave Me does not allow returns or refunds on products you rent from us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have rented, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the relevant item and our customer service team will work with you to resolve your concerns.
